  I've been going here for about 9 years now and have spent thousands of dollars here. A few weeks ago I asked my wife to pick up a bottle of wine there. She came home and said they are the rudest people running that store and was very disgusted. She made me realize that over the past 9 years of going there, I often felt the same, never once have I gotten a thank you and the guys running that place seem to think they are doing you a favor for shopping there. They ring you up, no 'thank you', and just look to the next person in line, DONE. I started going to Ryders Lane Wine and Spirits just a little ways down the road. They may not have as large a selection but they treat you like a person and always thank you. That works just fine for me.
